I was poking around My Space and I ran into a lot of familiar but forgotten faces. And as I read all of the publicity materials that people put on their profiles, I began to feel, well, less special. Am I the last person who has yet to define their career path? Or that is still wandering around completely confused? Is the quarter-life crisis a thing of the past? I still feel as though I am in the middle of mine and it is true that the path I have chosen has slowed my progress a bit. But damn! Who knew that people I always had a little bit of disdain for (although I would NEVER admit that...) are doing such interesting things. In any case, I feel as though I need to step it up a bit. Nothing like a little My Space competition to get the creative juices flowing...
